Frequently Asked Questions

Should a fire break out in your house,  sprinklers will automatically begin spraying affected areas with water to suppress and put out the fire, as well as prevent toxic gases from spreading.

Your house would have multiple detectors installed, spread across all rooms. Only rooms affected by fire will have their sprinklers activate.

  1. Built in heat sensors check your home’s temperature.
  2. If a fire starts and the temperature reaches 57 °C, cover plate releases. Sprinkler deflector plate
drops to below ceiling and becomes exposed.
  3. Once the temperature reaches 68 °C , the exposed element breaks and the pressure of the water behind the plug is pushed out, releasing the water.

You do not need to worry about accidental water discharges. Our systems have been thoroughly tested to ensure they activate at the right time. Smoke alone will not set them off either.
